General Rules
1.- It is forbidden to introduce and consume drugs inside Hacienda La Marina
2.- It is not allowed to introduce other people than those authorized inside Hacienda La Marina.
3.- Social events are not allowed.
4.- It is not allowed to enter Tambora Band to social events, Mariachis are allow until 8:00 pm.
5.- Only authorized pets are allowed to enter.
6.- An extra fee will be charged for loss of the entrance key or safe key.
7.- It is not allowed to introduce any type of liquid into the pond.
8.- Diving into the pool from the pool wall is not allowed.
9.- Extra charge will be made for lost towel.
10.- It is forbidden to bring glasses or glass bottles to the pool.
11.- Forgotten objects will be protected for 1 week if they are not claimed they will be donated.
12.- A certain amount of kilowatts per hour will be included in your reservation, for a normal use of the AC, enough for the comfort of your sleep, the surplus of this allowance will have an extra cost.
13.- Any act of violence against material goods or people will be reported to the authorities.
14.- We are not responsible for theft of your vehicles, motorcycles or bicycles. We are not responsible for the theft of personal belongings, documents or money, security boxes are provided for this purpose.
15.- For your safety there are cameras inside the property.
16.- It is strictly forbidden to light candles in any area of Hacienda La Marina.
17.- Smoking is not allowed inside Hacienda La Marina. Smoking is allowed on the garden terrace, sundeck and garden, throw butts in the garbage, not in the garden or flower pots.
18.- We believe microwaves are dangerous to your health, we do not approve the use of them in Hacienda Marina.
19.- Hacienda La Marina is managed by its owners , we don’t charge any extra commission for your stay or booking through our system.
Event Rules
1.- Maximum duration 6 hours.
2.- Hours of events 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
3.- Example 10 am starts, at 4 pm the event ends. Total 6 hours
4.- Social events are not allow ,unless they have been authorized and programed.
EXTRA SERVICES
1.- Mexican cooking and cleaning staff are available upon your arrival. Talk to your host at your arrival and set the days that you require this service, payment is in cash (US or Mexican peso) dollar at 20 pesos and paid in advance.
2.- 40 usd for cleaning staff per day. 60 usd cooking staff per day.
Cancelation Policy
- Hacienda la Marina does not make refunds in cash, it gives you a rain check for the future so you assure this incredible experience when the villa is available in your desired days.
- Tell us of any changes in your plans, so we can reschedule your dates of arrival 60 days prior to your stay. And guarantee your future vacations.
- Reminding you that at Hacienda La Marina a courtesy bottle of fine Tequila will be always waiting for you, once you have rescheduled.
